RivieraToday’s property management services include:
- Mail box collection (in the owner’s absence we will empty the mailbox and deal with administrative tasks on owner’s approval)
- Regular control visits to the property
- 24 hours stand by for help and assistance
Additional service includes, handling payment of bills, insurance and charges for the owner, introduction to maintenance companies and reception and re-addressing of post.
